While exploring the stunning coasts of Puerto Villamil, my recent stay at Hotel La Gran Tortuga was a delightful experience that deserves a mention. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by the warm hospitality of Jose and Juanita; they made us feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The spacious rooms, complete with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning, were a haven to retreat to after a day of hiking and cycling. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast crafted by Juanita, who always went the extra mile to satisfy our appetites. We even tackled laundry with her assistance, which made my clothes smell divine-a great asset after numerous adventures! Accessibility to the town centre made it easy for our group to explore, and we appreciated the convenience of their roundtrip airport shuttle service, which was both affordable and efficient. If I were to sum it up, Hotel La Gran Tortuga is a warm embrace on the beautiful shores of the Galápagos-perfect for anyone looking to experience the best of both relaxation and adventure.
